Ordering & Status: What is the status of the order?
Everything is handmade as you order it. It will take at least a week to make the items. Shipping may also take several days. The items will be made on a first come first serve basis. If the order is placed in a busy season it may take longer. We will inform you of the progress after one week.

International Shipping: What is the policy for International shipping?
In order for us to do an international order we need the item name and your shipping address so that we can calculate shipping. You can send us the item name and your shipping information via our Contact Us page.

How do I check the status of my order?
Email us at the Contact Us page.

How do I cancel an order?
Email us at the Contact Us page. We will acknowledge via a reply within two days. Your credit card will take 7-10 business days to process.

How do I change an order?
Email us at the Contact Us page. The order can be changed unless it has already been shipped. If it has not been shipped we will acknowledge your order via email and charge / credit the difference of your order.

Hours of operation:
Our store hours are Monday through Friday 8am-6pm. Saturday hours are 10am-6pm. Sunday hours 1pm to 6pm. Friday, Saturday and Sundays may vary as we attend craft shows.

Sending an email:
You can always send an email at our Contact Us page. We will reply within 2 business days by Friday at 2pm. After Friday 2pm we will reply by Monday.

Problems with an order:
In the event of any questions or problems with your order, or if the product received was defective or damaged, please email us at our Contact Us page. We will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Return policy:
All sales are final.

Shipping confirmation email:
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed. You can email us at our Contact Us page for your tracking number after 7 business days.

Delivery Time:
Shipping Fed Ex Home Delivery

  • 7 to 10 business days


Credit Card Payment Options:
All payments are done through Pay Pal. Please be aware that we cannot process an order until your payment is received.

Credit Card Billing:
When you place your order on texas-arts-and-crafts.com, you will receive a confirmation email when the order is placed. Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours of placing your order.
